  • CheckYou agree to comply with all applicable laws and our policies.

User accounts3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

We are not liable for any loss from unauthorized account activity.

Subscription and billing4. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer Free and Paid (Professional) plans.

Paid plans are billed monthly per user.

Payments are processed securely by a third-party provider.

Acceptable use5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • CheckAbuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • CheckUse the system for illegal activities or surveillance without consent.
  • CheckUpload harmful code or overload systems.
  • CheckImpersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

StaffVertex owns all platform content, branding, and source code.

You retain ownership of your data.

You may not copy, redistribute, or modify our system without permission.

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but occasional downtime may occur:

We are not liable for temporary disruptions or data loss.
